Refusal to insure or exclusion of named persons, when.

379.116. Any insurer may at any time refuse to write apolicy of automobile insurance or may cancel or refuse to renewsuch a policy if the operator's or chauffeur's license of theapplicant or named insured has been suspended or revoked. If theoperator's or chauffeur's license of any member of apolicyholder's household has been suspended or revoked, aninsurer may issue an exclusion providing, by name, that coveragewill not be provided under the terms of the policy while suchperson is operating the insured vehicle during any period ofsuspension or revocation.
