Standards for risk management of controlled unaffiliated business.

379.1338. The director may promulgate rules under section 374.045,RSMo, establishing standards to ensure that a parent or affiliated companyis able to exercise control of the risk management function of anycontrolled unaffiliated business to be insured by the pure captiveinsurance company; provided, however, that, until such time as rules underthis section are adopted, the director may approve the coverage of suchrisks by a pure captive insurance company.
