License fee, amount.

379.1364. Each SPLRC shall pay to the director a license fee for theyear of registration of seven thousand five hundred dollars for processingits license. The provisions of sections 374.160 to 374.162, RSMo, andsections 374.202 to 374.207, RSMo, shall apply to examinations,investigations, and processing conducted under the authority of thissection. In addition, each SPLRC shall pay a renewal fee for each yearthereafter of seven thousand five hundred dollars. Each SPLRC may take acredit for the license and renewal fees paid against the taxes payableunder section 379.1412, notwithstanding the imposition of an annualaggregate minimum tax by section 379.1412.
