Prohibited acts.

379.1391. A SPLRC shall not:

(1) Enter into a SPLRC contract with a person that is not licensed orotherwise authorized to transact the business of insurance or reinsurancein at least its state or country of domicile;

(2) Lend or otherwise invest or place in custody, trust or undermanagement any of its assets with, or to borrow money or receive a loanfrom, other than according to the plan of operation filed with and approvedby the director.
