Record-keeping requirements.

379.1409. The SPLRC shall maintain its books and records in the stateand make the same available at any time for examination by the director.Notwithstanding the preceding, original books and records may be keptoutside of the state, if a plan is adopted by the SPLRC and approved by thedirector whereby copies are maintained in the state with originals kept atanother specified location. Records must be maintained for examinationpurposes until authorization to destroy is received from the director.
