Mutual companies other than life and fire insurance.

379.205. A number of persons, not less than twenty-five, amajority of whom shall be bona fide residents of this state, bycomplying with the provisions of sections 379.205 to 379.310, maybecome together with others who may hereafter be associated withthem or their successors, a body corporate for the purpose ofcarrying on the business of mutual insurance as herein provided.
