Mutual companies other than life and fire to file statement ofaffairs, when.

379.263. Any company organized under the provisions of sections 379.205to 379.310 shall on the first day of January of each year or within sixty daysthereafter, file with the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration a statement of its affairs in thesame manner and form as provided in section 379.105.
