Insurers may act in concert to make rates.

379.333. Subject to and in compliance with the provisions ofsection 379.017 and sections 379.316 to 379.361 authorizinginsurers to be members or subscribers of rating or advisoryorganizations or to engage in joint underwriting or jointreinsurance, two or more insurers may act in concert with eachother and with others with respect to any matters pertaining tothe making of rates or rating systems, the preparation or makingof insurance policy forms, underwriting rules, surveys,inspections and investigations, the furnishing of loss or expensestatistics or other information and data, or carrying on ofresearch.
