May reorganize and extend corporate existence.

379.515. Any corporation now or hereafter organized andincorporated or existing under any general or special law of thisstate to do any insurance business other than that of lifeinsurance the period of whose corporate existence is about toterminate may reorganize and extend and continue its corporateexistence under the general laws of this state in the mannerherein provided.
