Annual statement of financial condition required.

379.730. 1. The attorney shall make an annual report to the director ofthe department of insurance, financial institutions and professionalregistration for the calendar year, showing that the financial condition ofaffairs at the office where the contracts are issued is in accordance with thestandard of solvency provided for herein and shall furnish such additionalinformation and reports as may be required to show the total premiums ordeposits collected, the total losses paid, the total amounts returned tosubscribers, and the amounts retained for expenses; provided, however, thatthe attorney shall not be required to furnish the names and addresses of anysubscribers.

2. The business affairs and assets of the reciprocal or interinsuranceexchanges, as shown at the office of the attorney thereof, shall be subject toexamination by the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration as often as he sees fit, and thecost thereof shall be paid by the exchange examined.
