Sections 374.030 to 379.790 intended as a continuation of existinglaw.

379.800. All of the provisions of the law relating to insurance agents,agencies, brokers and companies, and to the administration and enforcement ofthe laws of the state relating to insurance by the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration, which are repealed bysections 374.030 to 379.790 and reenacted hereby in part or in whole under newsection numbers in the same or a different chapter, so far as they are thesame as those of the prior law, shall be construed as a continuation of suchlaw and not as a new enactment.
