Program established.

379.810. There is hereby established the "Missouri BasicProperty Insurance Inspection and Placement Program" (hereinafterreferred to as "program") to make available basic propertyinsurance to persons having property interests in this state whoare in good faith entitled to but who are unable to procure suchcoverage through ordinary methods. Such program shall providefor the equitable distribution and placement of risks among allinsurers in the manner and subject to the conditions hereinafterstated.
