Right of appeal.

379.850. 1. Any applicant may appeal a decision of thefacility relating to the conditions for acceptance of coverage tothe director, in writing, within thirty days from the decision ofthe facility.

2. Other than as provided in subsection 1 of this section,any applicant or insurer shall have the right of appeal to thegoverning committee. A decision of the committee may be appealedto the director, in writing, within thirty days from the actionor decision of the committee.
