Statistics to be kept, reports.

379.875. 1. The facility shall separately code and maintainseparate statistics on business written in accordance with theforegoing program and shall make reports thereon as may berequired by the committee and director.

2. The manager shall submit annually or at such otherperiods as may be designated by the director to the committee,the director and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,a report setting forth the number of requests for inspections,the number of risks inspected, the number of policies written,the number of risks conditionally accepted and reinspectionsmade, the number of risks declined, and such other information asthe director may request.
