Policyholder's right to history of policy, when.

379.884. In the case of a cancellation or nonrenewal, thepolicyholder shall have the right to receive within thirty daysof his written request, a statement of his claims history forthat policy for the three years prior to the date of thecancellation or nonrenewal, or total experience if the policy hasbeen in effect less than three years prior to cancellation ornonrenewal.
