Certain law not to apply to basic health benefit plan.

379.948. Except for the coverages specified in subsection 3of section 376.995, RSMo, no law requiring the coverage of aparticular health care service or benefit, or requiring thereimbursement, utilization or inclusion of a specific category oflicensed health care practitioner shall apply to a basic healthbenefit plan issued pursuant to sections 379.930 to 379.952.
