Insurer to provide information, when.

379.975. Beginning January 1, 1993, in response to alloriginal applications for a policy pursuant to subdivision (4) ofsection 375.001, RSMo, and any such policy renewed from January1, 1993, to December 31, 1993, for coverage on property locatedin the New Madrid Seismic Zone, as defined by the United StatesGeological Survey in Missouri, susceptible to Modified Mercalliintensity VII or above from an earthquake occurring along the NewMadrid Fault with a potential magnitude of 7.6 on the Richterscale, the insurer shall provide information to the applicant orpolicyholder regarding the availability of insurance for losscaused by earthquake.
