Written disaster plan, insurer to develop, contents.

379.978. Every insurance company which insures property forloss caused by earthquake, whether by policy, endorsement, rideror otherwise, shall prepare and retain a written disaster plancovering earthquakes. This plan shall include specificprovisions regarding procedures for handling claims under theinsurance company's issued policies or endorsements covering lossor damage from the peril of earthquake.
