Meeting to consider merger plan, notice--requirements.

380.291. The plan of merger shall be submitted to a vote ata meeting of the members which may be either an annual or aspecial meeting. Written or printed notice stating that thepurpose, or one of the purposes, of the meeting is to considerthe plan of merger, together with a copy or a summary of the planof merger, shall be given to each member entitled to vote at themeeting within the time and in the manner provided in thecompany's articles for the giving of notice of meetings ofmembers.
