Annual statement of company.

380.482. Every company operating under sections 380.201 to380.591, on or before the first day of March in each year, shallprepare an annual statement on a form prescribed by the director,verified by the affidavit of its president and secretary, showingthe condition of the company as of the end of the calendar yearending on the thirty-first day of December next preceding. Theannual statement shall be filed with the director on or beforethe first day of March in each year for the calendar year nextpreceding and shall be presented at the annual meeting of thecompany.
