Powers of company in general.

380.581. Any company operating under the provisions ofsections 380.201 to 380.591 shall have all the powers, rights,privileges and obligations of a corporation organized under theprovisions of chapter 351, RSMo, except insofar as suchprovisions are inconsistent with the provisions of sections380.301 to 380.591.
