Title insurance companies and agents may enter into constructionescrow agreements and issue insured closing letters.

381.403. Licensees may:

(1) Enter into construction escrow agreements as part oftheir services as title insurance companies or title insuranceagencies;

(2) Issue insured closing letters, if the licensee is atitle insurance company.
