Excepted transactions.

382.070. The provisions of sections 382.040, 382.050 and382.060 shall not apply to:

(1) Any transaction which is subject to the provisions ofsection 375.355 or 375.861, RSMo; or

(2) Any offer, request, invitation, agreement oracquisition which the director by order shall exempt therefrom asnot having been made or entered into for the purpose and nothaving the effect of changing or influencing the control of adomestic insurer, or as otherwise not comprehended within thepurposes of sections 382.010 to 382.300.
