Jurisdiction, acceptance of--service, how had.

382.090. The courts of this state are hereby vested withjurisdiction over every person not resident, domiciled, orauthorized to do business in this state who files a statementwith the director under sections 382.010 to 382.300, and over allactions involving such person arising out of violations ofsections 382.010 to 382.300, and each such person shall be deemedto have performed acts equivalent to and constituting anappointment by him of the director to be his true and lawfulattorney upon whom may be served all lawful process in anyaction, suit or proceeding arising out of violations of sections382.010 to 382.300. Copies of all such lawful process shall beserved on the director and transmitted by registered or certifiedmail by the director to such person at his last known address.
