Information to be kept current, when changes reported.

382.120. Each registered insurer shall keep current theinformation required to be disclosed in its registrationstatement by reporting all material changes or additions onamendment forms provided by the director within fifteen daysafter the end of the month in which it learns of each such changeor addition, but, subject to section 382.210, each registeredinsurer shall so report all dividends and other distributions toshareholders promptly on the declaration thereof. No life ortitle insurer subject to registration under section 382.100 shallpay any dividend unless it has reported the dividend to thedirector:

(1) Within five days of its being declared; and

(2) At least ten days before it is paid.
