Director to issue license, when.

383.020. The director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration shall, within thirty days after anysuch articles of association are filed with him, determine if the proposedassociation meets the requirements of sections 383.010 to 383.040, and if itdoes, shall issue a license to the association authorizing it to do businessfor a one-year period.
