Examination by director authorized--annual license fee--amendments tobylaws filed, when.

383.030. 1. The director shall be authorized in accordance withsections 374.202 to 374.207, RSMo, or in the event that either or both ofsuch sections are repealed, then any successor sections relating tofinancial examination, to examine the financial condition, affairs andmanagement of any association organized under the provisions of sections383.010 to 383.040, and the association shall pay the expenses of any suchexamination in accordance with sections 374.160 and 374.220, RSMo.Annually thereafter, within thirty days before the expiration of itslicense, each association shall pay a renewal license fee of one hundreddollars.

2. Any existing association shall also, at the time it files forrenewal of its license, file any amendments to its articles of associationor bylaws which have been adopted in the preceding year.
