Association treated as mutual insurance company, tax purposes.

383.033. A Missouri nonprofit corporation formed for thepurpose of providing malpractice insurance upon the assessmentplan pursuant to sections 383.010 to 383.041 shall be treated asa Missouri mutual insurance company organized under chapter 380,RSMo, for purposes of subdivision (4) of subsection 2 of section143.441, RSMo.
