Director to forward reported information to appropriatelicensing board--further reports, contents, requirements.

383.125. The director shall, upon receipt, submit in writing thepertinent and appropriate data and information submitted pursuant tosubsection 2 of section 383.105 to the applicable health care licensing board. The director shall also submit a report containing the information describedin subdivisions (3) to (8) of subsection 2 of section 383.105 to the directorof the department of social services or the director's designee. Informationshall be disclosed to the department of social services so that the departmentof social services can determine whether the claimant or plaintiff wasconcurrently enrolled in the Medicaid program during the period in which thealleged incident occurred. The information provided to the department shallbe subject to the confidentiality restrictions provided in subsection 7 ofsection 208.217, RSMo, and of section 383.115.
