Board of directors, qualifications--terms, expenses, payment ofauthorized.

383.175. The association shall be governed by a board of eightdirectors, to be appointed by the director for the terms specified in theplan of operation. Two directors shall represent insurers which writebodily injury insurance in Missouri and are members of the PropertyCasualty Insurers Association of America, two shall represent insurerswhich write bodily injury insurance in Missouri and are members of theMissouri Insurance Coalition, two shall represent insurers which writebodily injury insurance in Missouri and are members of the AmericanInsurance Association, and two shall represent insurers which write bodilyinjury insurance in Missouri but are not members of any of the foregoingtrade associations. The directors shall be reimbursed out of theadministrative funds of the association only for necessary and actualexpenses incurred for attending meetings of the governing board.
