Rates filed with director--form--open to public, copies.

383.203. l. Every insurer shall file with the director all rates andsupplementary rate information which is to be used in this state. Suchrates and supplementary rate information shall be filed before use.

2. Rates filed pursuant to this section shall be filed in such formand manner as prescribed by the director. Whenever a filing is notaccompanied by such information as the director has required under thissection, the director shall so inform the insurer within thirty days.

3. All rates and supplementary rate information shall, as soon asfiled, be open to public inspection at any reasonable time. Copies may beobtained by any person on request and upon payment of a reasonable charge.
