Regulatory powers of director.

385.075. The director may, after notice and hearing,pursuant to section 374.045, RSMo, issue the rules andregulations that he deems necessary to effectuate the purposes ofsections 385.010 to 385.080, or to eliminate devices or plansdesigned to avoid or render ineffective the provisions ofsections 385.010 to 385.080. The director may require suchinformation as is reasonably necessary for the enforcement ofsections 385.010 to 385.080.
