Reimbursement insurance policies, requirements.

385.204. Reimbursement insurance policies insuring motor vehicleextended service contracts issued, sold, or offered for sale in this stateshall conspicuously state that, upon failure of the provider to performunder the contract, such as failure to return the unearned provider fee,the insurer that issued the policy shall pay on behalf of the provider anysums the provider is legally obligated to pay or shall provide the servicefor which the provider is legally obligated to perform according to theprovider's contractual obligations under the motor vehicle extended servicecontracts issued or sold by the provider.
