Chapter not applicable to interstate commerce.

386.030. Neither this chapter, nor any provision of thischapter, except when specifically so stated, shall apply to or beconstrued to apply to commerce with foreign nations or commerceamong the several states of this union, except insofar as thesame may be permitted under the provisions of the Constitution ofthe United States and the acts of Congress.
