Publications commission, powers.

386.170. The members of the public service commission arehereby made and constituted a publications commission to selectand designate what findings, orders and decisions of the publicservice commission shall be published in a series of volumesdesignated "Reports of the Public Service Commission of the Stateof Missouri" and to supervise and cause to be prepared thesyllabi for the findings, orders and decisions, and to select anddesignate such other works, papers or studies of the publicservice commission relating to the field of public utilitiesregulation that may be of interest to the public and to causethem to be published in pamphlet or book form.
