Certified copies of papers filed to be evidence.

386.290. Copies of all official documents and orders filedor deposited according to law in the office of the commission,certified by a commissioner or by the secretary of the commissionto be true copies of the originals, under the official seal ofthe commission, shall be evidence in like manner as theoriginals.
