Authority of division to fix rates, tolls, charges and schedules.

387.207. All rates, tolls, charges, schedules and joint rates fixedby the division with reference to the transportation of passengers orhousehold goods by motor carrier shall be in force and shall be prima facielawful, and all regulations, practices and services prescribed by thedivision shall be in force and shall be prima facie lawful and reasonableuntil found otherwise in a suit brought for that purpose pursuant to theprovisions of this chapter.
