Chapter to govern.

388.020. All existing railroad corporations within thisstate, and such as may be hereafter chartered or formed, shall,respectively, have and possess all the powers and privilegescontained in this chapter; and they shall be subject to all theduties, liabilities and provisions not inconsistent with theprovisions of their charter herein contained.
