Power to construct roads, connect with, intersect or cross otherlines--duty to receive each other's freight.

388.320. Any railroad corporation or association, organizedfor the purpose, shall have the right to construct and operate arailroad between any points within this state, and to connect atthe state line with railroads of other states; and shall have theright, with its road, to intersect, connect with or cross anyother railroad, and shall receive and transport each other'spassengers, tonnage and cars, loaded or empty, without delay ordiscrimination.
