Powers and duties of such corporation.

388.490. Such incorporation shall possess all the rights,privileges and powers given to any railroad corporation by thelaws of this state, and in addition thereto, shall not berequired to have any greater amount of stock than to theincorporators thereof may seem necessary; and provided further,that said corporation shall have power to create whatever amountof bonded indebtedness such corporation may deem necessary.
