Ejection of passengers, when lawful.

389.060. If any passenger shall refuse to pay his fare, orshall behave in an offensive manner, or be guilty of repeatedviolations of the rules of the company, it shall be lawful forthe conductor of the train and the servants of the corporation toput him and his baggage out of the cars, using no unnecessaryforce, at any usual stopping place, or near any dwelling house,as the conductor shall elect, on stopping the train.
