Criminal penalty for violation of section 389.440.

389.450. Any individual, company or corporation violatingthe provisions of section 389.440 shall, upon conviction thereof,be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and fined in any sum of notless than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars.
