Laws relating to motor carrier and railroad safety division of thedepartment of economic development and common carriers to apply.

390.146. The provisions of chapters 386 and 387, RSMo, thatare not inconsistent with the provisions of sections 390.011 to390.176 are hereby made applicable to motor carriers.
