Suspension of property carrier registration, hearing, notice,revocation, alteration or amendment of registration, when effective.

390.310. Notwithstanding any provisions of section 390.106, to thecontrary, the division at any time, for good cause, may suspend acertificate, permit or property carrier registration, and after hearingupon at least ten days' notice to the person to whom the division hasissued the certificate, permit or property carrier registration authorizingany intrastate transportation of passengers or property by motor vehicle,may revoke, alter or amend any such certificate, permit or property carrierregistration upon a finding that the person has failed to comply with anyapplicable provisions of sections 390.250 to 390.350, or chapter 386, 387,389 or 622, RSMo, or any safety rules, regulations or orders which may beenforced by the division. Revocation of a certificate, permit or propertycarrier registration shall not become effective less than thirty days afterissuance of an order of revocation by the division.
