Forfeiture--penalties.

392.360. Every telecommunications company, and all officers,agents and employees of any telecommunications company shallobey, observe and comply with every order, direction orrequirement made by the commission, under authority of thischapter, so long as the same shall be and remain in force. Anytelecommunications company which shall violate any provision ofsections 392.190 to 392.530, or which fails, omits or neglects toobey, observe or comply with any order or decision or anydirection or requirement of the commission, shall forfeit to thestate of Missouri not to exceed the sum of five thousand dollarsfor each and every offense. Every violation of any such order ordecision or direction or requirement, or of said sections, shallbe a separate and distinct offense, and, in case of a continuingviolation, every day's continuance thereof shall be and be deemedto be a separate and distinct offense.
