Bonds legal investments for enumerated purposes.

393.750. Bonds issued by any commission under the provisionsof sections 393.700 to 393.770* are hereby made securities inwhich all public officers and public bodies of the state and itspolitical subdivisions, all insurance companies, trust companies,banking associations, investment companies, executors,administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries may properly andlegally invest funds, including capital in their control orbelonging to them. The bonds are hereby made securities whichmay properly and legally be deposited with and received by anystate or municipal officer or any agency or political subdivisionof the state for any purpose for which the deposit of bonds orobligations of the state is now or may hereafter be authorized bylaw.
