Company territory may be divided into voting districts.

393.924. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the bylaws mayprovide that the territory in which a company supplies water services maybe divided into two or more voting districts for the purpose of properlydistributing its directors over the area in which its members reside. Insuch case the bylaws shall prescribe the manner in which such votingdistricts shall function in the election of directors at annual meetings.
