Provisions of securities law not to apply.

394.280. The provisions of the securities law of Missourishall not apply to any note, bond or other evidence ofindebtedness issued by any cooperative or foreign corporationtransacting business in this state pursuant to this chapter tothe United States of America or any agency or instrumentalitythereof, or to any mortgage or deed of trust executed to securethe same. The provisions of said securities law shall not applyto the issuance of membership certificates by any cooperative orany such foreign corporation.
