Provision for transition.

400.10-101. Transactions validly entered into before July 1,1965, and the rights, duties and interests flowing from themremain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed,consummated or enforced as required or permitted by any statuteor other law amended or repealed by this law as though suchrepeal or amendment had not occurred.
