Implied warranty--fitness for particular purpose.

400.2-315. Where the seller at the time of contracting hasreason to know any particular purpose for which the goods arerequired and that the buyer is relying on the seller's skill orjudgment to select or furnish suitable goods there is unlessexcluded or modified under section 400.2-316 an implied warrantythat the goods shall be fit for such purpose.
